The third of what became 4 publications, this booklet looks at the railways of Cork. The publication starts with a concise history of the railways in Cork, complete with a railway map of County Cork and a separate map of Cork City. One error I noticed in the history was the reference to Glanmire Road station being called "Ceannt" Station. It is "Kent" Station, "Ceannt" Station is that in Galway city. Photos of IH interest include: * Penrose Quay (line drawing from 1860) * Glanmire Road Station * Coal stage railway at Glanmire Road * Brian Boru Bridge with engine and flagman * Summerhill station site and cutting * Cobh * Youghal * Fermoy * Albert Quay Station * Albert Quay signal cabin * Chetwynd Viaduct * Waterfall station * Ballinhassig station * Crossbarry station * Ballineen Station * Bantry Station * Ballydehob Viaduct
