Site Description
Opened originally in 1871 and reopened in 1974, a passing loop was installed in 1978. This was removed post suspension of services on the line. The former goods area, with a store, loading bank and sidings, is on the Down side, as is the disused station building. The former stationmaster's house is on the Down side behind the station building.Photographs
