Site Description

Ballyboley was the junction for the line to Doagh. The mainline to Larne curved away to the right at the station with both Up and Down platforms. There was a separate Up platform for the branch - this and the Down mainline platform in triangular form. The station building and signal cabin were on the common apex of this. The modern "Junction Road" runs across the eastern end of the station.
