Site Description

Parkmore was the passenger terminus on the line to Retreat, which came into being after the B&NCR took over. The station building, now in a sad state of decay, is made of reinforced concrete, complete with concrete nameboard. At the Retreat end of the station is the former red brick water tower and there was previously a goods store here also.
