Site Description
Approaching the station, the outer wall of a locomotive shed can be seen on the Up side before a road overbridge.There are three terminal platforms at this station, No's 1 & 2 are formed by an island on the Up side. All three platforms are covered by canopies. There is a siding between platforms 2 & 3. The ticket office and waiting area are in the combined bus/rail station building, which is behind the buffer stops. The former goods yard on the Up side is now a bus depot.Photographs
