Site Description
Before the station on the Up side was a sea inlet, filled in after two people died from eating poisoned seafood obtained there. A sports ground now occupies the site. The station building is on the Up side of this two platformed station. The building behind the Up platform at the Rosslare end of the station are the remains of private stables, built as part of the purchase price for a section of the land taken by the railway. The Down platform is connected to the Up by a footbridge.Photographs
