Site Description
There is a single platform on the Up side at this station which was opened in 2010 - slightly to the south of the original station that closed to passengers in 1976 and completely in 1982. The station building and former goods store of the original station are on the same side north of the present plaform. There was previously a signal cabin - a block post until 1963 - at the Claremorris end of the original station on the Up side. At the same end of the station, the line crosses the Dunkellin River.Photographs
