Site Description
There was a level crossing at the Ballinamore end of the station. There was no platform here, merely a gravel strip for passengers along with the haltkeeper's cottage, both on the Down side. A water tank was provided at the halt and was later replaced by one before the station beside the lock on the adjacent canal. The railway trackbed is now a road and no trace remains of the station.Photographs
