Site Description

Approaching the station, the goods area was on the Down side with a parallel siding accessed by both facing and trailing crossovers. The signal cabin was on the Up side at the same end of the station. There were both Up and Down platforms with the station building on the latter. There is a water tower at the Tralee end of the station on the Down side. The Limerick Greenway runs through the former station, with the goods store, station building and water tower remaining. A modern day greenway bridge replaces the original railway girder span on the road underbridge at the Tralee end of the station
