Site Description

There are both Up and Down platforms at this station that reopened in 1988, however, only that on the Up side is in use. The Down platform, on which there is the remains of a shelter, is overgrown and out of use. There was previously a signal cabin at the Ballina end of the Down platform. There is a level crossing at the Manulla Junction end of the station. The former goods area, complete with store and cattle bank is on the Up side at the Ballina end of the station. This was served by a trailing siding. Opposite, there is a loading bank and derelict water tower.
