Site Description
Approaching the station, there were sidings on the Up side. The station building, stationmaster's house and goods store were one continuous building on the single platform on the Up side with 2 further cottages behind these. At the terminal end of the station was the loco shed, turntable and water tower. Most buildings here remain, adaptively reused as residential accommodation.Photographs
