Site Description
Approaching the station, the line from Dundalk passed under a short covered passage adjacent to Connabury House before crossing a level crossing. There were both Up and Down platforms here with the station building on the Up side. The latter is all that remains at the
site today. The signal cabin was on the Down side adjacent to the crossing. The goods area and store were behind the station building and there was another signal cabin at the Clones end of the station. Beyond this was another level crossing, after which, the short lived
line to Keady and Armagh diverged on the Up side.
