Site Description

This was the last station on the line from Ballinamore, but a tramway continued on beyond the station to various mines. There was a single platform on the Up side, on which was the station building. There was a loop on the Down side which, along with the running line, curver away to the left beyond the station to end in a common headshunt after crossing a turntable. The mine tramway diverged on the Up side after the station and another siding (with loop off this) ran straight ahead to serve a goods store.
