Site Description
There was an island platform on the Down side at this station that closed on 6th September 1976. The station building and signal cabin were on this. No trace remains of these - the latter closed on 27th Septebmer 1976. There was previously a loop serving the other side of the platform. There is a disused loading bank and site of sidings on the Up side.Photographs
