Site Description
Signal interlocking - signal prefix GS. The station building is on the Up side with the former signal cabin on the Down side. Beside the latter is the signal interlocking and radio aerial. There was previously a turntable on the same side behid the signal cabin but this has been filled in. There is a trailing siding off the Down line at the Rosslare end of the station which splits into two. A ground frame also at this end of the station controls access to these. The footbridge at the north end of the station replaced a level crossing. There was previously a siding on the Up side approaching the station. This ran into the goods area behind the Up platform. There is a further siding at the Rosslare end of the station on the same side.Photographs
