Looking away from Connolly Station, the station here was short lived, the line being built for political, rather than economic reasons. There was an island platform - since removed. After closure, the red brick station building (to the left) was let to the adjacent tennis club. A more recent use was as a car repair facility. Above this can be seen the former North City Mills.
