Looking towards Brides Glen, this is a standard two platform station with a level crossing at the Broombridge end. Ranelagh & Rathmines station on the Harcourt Street Line was located here albeit on an embankment which was foolishly removed as part of the LUAS construction works, an act which has made it more difficult to upgrade the line to metro standards.
