Roddy Family - Lighthouse Keepers - Skellig Michael


Ken Roddy is conducting research for a family project into lighthouse keepers on Skellig Michael in Co. Kerry. His father, grandfather and uncle were all lighthouse men. From the Irish Times:

“As custodians of the island heritage for 160 years, the lighthouse keepers’ insights and experiences are an important part of the history of Skellig Michael,” he writes, inviting copies of documents, photos, or anything else relating to the Roddys and their involvement with the famous rock.
