Made in Kilkenny - Cushendale Mill

Google threw me a link to the following site, which is a report of a site visit to a mill in Graiguenamanagh.

One point stood out and I am open to correction on the following. The website states thus:

"Steeped in history, it is encouraging to know that since 1204BC the mill has been working to produce wool."

Given that the Nendrum tidemill site has been dated to 621 AD (with a site in Little Island in Cork dating to 630 AD) and both were considered significant at that, what is the basis for the claim of 1204 BC for the operation of milling on this site?
