This is a pictorial review of the railways/tramways in the Newry area which, for the purposes of this book, extends as far south as Dundalk and Greenore (DN&GR) as well as west towards Goraghwood and beyond and as far east as Warrenpoint.
As is normal for railway publications, most photographs are of engines/trains/rolling stock. However, there are a number of images that are contain matter of an industrial heritage interest.
Days Hotel Belfast - located in a lovely area of Belfast where the Union Jack flies from every lamppost and the kerbstones are painted blue white and red.
